rop the frickin empirical BS, the MF'n emperor is black. You point to historical shite that no one will argue with, but then you lump all white people together like empirical shite in the past hasn't caused transgressions against most races, ethnicities, and religions.
How can I deny data? How can I deny that black patients are prescribed pain meds at a significantly less rate than white patients? And that there is likely a historical tie to the perception that black slaves felt less pain than others. I'm reading an old civil war book about black soldiers...and the same med problems / stereotypes about black people exist and manifest today .
How can I deny that black TODDLERS get punished and suspended more severely than white toddlers.
How can I deny that banks give out less loans and higher interest rates to black applicants? Especially when banks have a history of STIFLING BLACK ECONOMIC PROGRESS?
I could literally go on and on, and this is factual stuff. And this continues to this day. That is disenfranchisement within equality.

As a banker, I can tell you that you have no idea what you're talking about. Debt to income, credit score, and loan to value is all that matters. Don't blame the fact that certain people choose not to repay borrowed money. Black, white, green purple... Doesn't matter.

Link? Did they document what the patient came in for? Why pain meds were/weren't prescribed?

Link? Did they make sure to document what the punishment was for and if the children received the same amount of warnings?

Link? Are the comparable income, debt-to-income, and credit factors observed?
There are factors other than race that play into all of the things you have pointed out. I know you don't want to see it that way, but it's just like a study posted in the last year that said black men were more likely to receive the death penalty for killing a white woman than a black woman. What the study failed to pull from the data which they sourced was that black men were three times more likely to commit sexual assault then kill a white woman where domestic violence was the number one reason for a black man to kill a black woman. Notice how adding one statistic to the narrative changes it? Doesn't it seem more likely that a man who rapes and kills a woman he doesn't know would receive a harsher penalty than a man who lost his temper in an argument and shot or stabbed someone he knew in a fit of rage?
