Ever had a boss tell you to do something differently and deep down you wished it backfired so that he'd look like an idiot and you could say "I told you so." Only to have what the boss tell you succeed and breath life into your work place.

I think he truly believed he wasn't on the hot seat this year. After the first game he FINALLY sees the writing in the wall...barring a miracle this is his last season. He is going to pout all year.

His idol Bo Scrimpbeckler,is on his mind. A vote against what Les runs is a vote against his long gone coach. Les will not admit that changes are needed from that philosophy.
