I live in Crowley and it was in the news and discussed all the time - lots of rumors.
Last body was dumped on the side of I-10 on the Egan overpass. I always thought he was driving East on I-10 (with the body) looking for a place away from Jennings to dump her. For some reason he turned back heading west (back to Jennings) and he dumped her right off of I-10 (the body could be seen from the interstate). Then he quit!
I believe something spooked him and he just wanted to get the body out of his car. Maybe he was making a statement by putting her in plain sight - probably will never know as it did appear the police could not or would not solve the case.

Sean Gillis did this with his victims. He would prop their bodies up with their hands together like they were praying and he always left them in plain view. Most serial killers get to where they want to show off their work.
