Buddy of mine works in Real Estate in Morgantown, WV.
He said Terry Saban was in town today house shopping.
Here are the houses she looked at:

This last one was a bit surprising but my source said she liked how you could reach the grill from the window.

Saban will likely retire in 2 years. He just looks tired and unhappy. Is he and his wife still living in the same house?
