This. And include the 50s & 60s decades too. Dude you are watching too many drug commercials
It is factual that testosterone levels in men are lower than in decades past.

tell me why we need testosterone
Many people who aren't fat and in good shape have low T

tell me why we need testosterone therapy again?
Prior testicular trauma /surgery/ orchiectomy
Systemic therapies that cause toxicity
Aging man who has decreased production due aging (soft indication)
I am huge advocate for diet/lifestyle/sleep while lifting progressively heavier shite as the prefered up front strategy, but it is wrong to assume there is no role for TRT.
It is hard to sell the do it yourself approach to a guy who can barely make it through the day. In those scenarios, a blended approach is the compromise (TRT and diet/lifestyle changes)

It is factual that testosterone levels were not tested nearly as much in decades past as they are today.

Google common sense. There's your link

You're spouting lots of nonsense in here.
Why would the frequency of testing have an affect on the t levels of subjects?
Also aren't you a girl. Do you like men give you boneheaded facts about your body?

. Some health anxiety issues as of late which is what prompted me to ask about Low T when I read an article that Low T can lead to depression like feelings and increased worry
Damn...I think my wife has Low T.

It's all bullshite. Dr just wants to write script because he's either banging the pharma rep or gets a kickback.
Eat healthy. Work out. Have sex.
This is ill-informed nonsense.
I ate healthy for years. I ran multiple half marathons, strength trained, and fricked like crazy after my divorce.
My issue turned out to be depression, which is a chemical change in the brain, not "lots of sad."
OP needs to see a qualified doctor, not listen to Facebook certified BS.

Ask about using Clomiphene. Raises T and won't frick up your little swimmers.

If your wife's libido becomes greater than yours, there may be a Low T issue.

My dr cut me off test after being on it for a couple of years now. My PSAs are around 4.9 or so. I'm trying to find anything to replace it. I grabbed some nugenics from Walgreens and I've been taking that. Are there any over the counter products that can help me.

So he tested you, and needs to do another test to tell you the same? Sounds like a money scheme.
Sounds like the second test is to see if it is an anomaly

Do you seriously not see the connection between your "factual" information of more men currently being diagnosed with low T compared to "decades past when they are testing for it now much more often as opposed to rarely testing for it in decades past?

The reason that it's being tested for more now is that there's greater awareness of the issue.
In the past, the symptoms were dismissed as "middle age." Guys got tired, flabby, and less viral...and that was that.
Now, the medical community is armed with more knowledge of what makes men experience these symptoms as they approach the 35-50 timeframe.
Do you dismiss Autism as "lazy parenting," too?

I'm sure you can find studies that account for your concerns in their sampling and population.
But even if true, that would likely be caused by an increase in understanding of the human body over time. It wouldn't be a bad thing.
Think autism
