Which is the bigger epidemic?

Self diagnosis of ADD or self diagnosis of OCD?
Either one is more widespread than zika.
Listening to some dumb c unt behind me in line at a gas station announce she "is OCD." Some fat trailer woman buying a Mountain Dew and Doritos. This shite is annoying as hell and probably really offensive to people who actually have OCD and live a life of suffering because of it.

Both are awful. As a teacher I have only worked with a handful of kids who were truly ADHD. I'm talking their eyes couldn't stay focused or still without medication.
As someone who suffered under OCD as a kid, frick people who think wanting to keep a neat house are OCD.

Self diagnosis of heart attacks, death, and self defecation. The amount of people who say "I had a heart attack" or "I died" is only rivaled by those who say something "scared the shite out of me."

ADD should be changed to be a label meaning "Adults Didn't Discipline."

Marc Summers, the host of the sloppy, messy, insane kids game show "Double Dare" lives with very intense OCD. Watched him talk about it on TV and they followed him through his home and it is pristine. He measures the distances from the corners of his rugs to the walls and shite. Sounds miserable. But you know, annoying bitch behind me at the gas station has to turn off all the lights when she leaves or she freaks out, so you know.....OCD.

Which is the bigger epidemic?
#1 people worrying what other people say in a gas station line
#2 grown men complaining how other men dress (sport jerseys)
#3 self-righteous people who need to worry about their own life instead of coming to a message board and being triggered by the most mundane crap

And there's our guy. There's always one.
Observe the irony that is your post.

People put labels on things, and I think some do it to be kind of funny or even ironic.
ADD is not procrastination, but most people like to casually say they are being ADD when they can't get work done.
I guess a lot of people also say OCD for something that they are very particular about. However, I see that one thrown around less often.

For some people, sure. They use "ADD" as a term for lack of discipline.
However, ADD/ADHD is an actual neurological condition. There is a ton of research on this: LINK
