He wasn't convicted of rape. But was identified by two eyewitnesses and then tackled/detained by those eyewitnesses until authorities showed up.

Look at his post, what exactly are you questioning? It was very concise.

Not being convicted of rape does not mean a rape did not occur, speaking generally of course.

Yeah, i totally get the semantics of it. I just wanted to be clear that this kid raped her and he is a rapist.
