I love seeing these pop up since it gets me into that Fall feeling. My sister has one out already. I've seen none yet in my area,

I always referred to the hymenocallis as spider lilly
but the lycoris radiata is pretty too.

Yep collected those when we came into town in April

In my neck of the woods we always called them "hurricane lilies"

My Antique Amaryllis bloomed about a week ago... No movement from my Spider Lilies.

I have spider lilies, but they look like this and bloom in spring and summer.

Most of mine have come up and already died. A couple are still up. Seemed fast to me.

They bloomed on Lodi about 1-2 weeks ago

How do you get seed to plant these? Can you transplant them?
Posted on 10/9/16 at 9:45 am to BayouNation
Mine were transplanted from bulbs. If you see a good stand, go dig around.

Damn son you pulled this thread from the dead. Couldn't figure out why the links didn't work until I saw the dates. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)
