If you think it's bad right now, prepare your anus because it's going up. As more houses go under contract, lenders are valuing them more and more on appraisals.
People are listing like 50-100K more than what house was valued at 6 months ago and getting it.

do you know of a specific example of this happening in the last week or you just spewing info you have no facts to back with?
B/c if that's the case i'll put my house up for sale today. I could use an extra $100k.
