Google Maps shows an accident with traffic backing up west bound so I am assuming that is this incident.
Appears that the accident is on the 3 mole bridge and they are diverting traffic to Belle Terre.
Disclaimer - This is just an assumption from Google Maps so don't take it as anything but an assumption.

It's west bound..they have the instate blockaded at the exit before the bridge
