Santa Maria is your best bet. They were open a few days last week. Just call them and listen to the course condition message.

A shame a city the size of Baton Rouge has literally one public driving range

Santa Maria was open this morning. Don't know with the rain now though. LSU is still closed. That's it for the good ole BR.

The old tinsel town movie theater would be the perfect spot for top golf.

The old Sherwood Forest CC has one. It's called Legacy. Sherwood near Old Hammond.

The rest of the course is closed but they still have the range with pretty good deals on buckets.

Baton rouge weather has forced a golf hiatus for the foreseeable future.

How long before the caddy shack just shuts down? That place is a joke and Pickles does nothing about it.

Yes, we need Top Golf but it's a damn shame we have no range here.

What are they doing with Caddy Shack? It's been closed all season and it looks like they've been renovating.

I think she had a for sale sign up prior to the flooding. It may have washed away if it isn't there anymore.

I like to hit the simulator at Dick's. Bring your own clubs and hit your own balls. I think it's $15 for 30 minutes. Plenty of time to cycle through four clubs and it gives you some good data on your ball flight. Not quite the same as hitting off the ground but has turf to simulate hitting off the tee, fairway, rough, and sand.

Ryan and crew run a great operation over there. Mats and grass hitting areas. They also do a $5 entry, closest to the pin contest every Wednesday at 6. Food is great too!
