I wouldn't go with absolutely. First of all there are arguably better talents in this next draft anyway so even if he were coming out next year in the first place he probably wouldn't be a top 10 pick.
Out of sight out of mind as well, there's no substitute for playing football. He's not going to be as prepared or well conditioned as guys that have just been in college ball and are getting ready for the combine.
I think he's lucky if he goes late first next year. Early second sounds like a more realistic scenario.

In fact, this whole hypothetical plan only makes sense if he goes at the top of the second next year. That way, he only has the 4 year contract as opposed to a 4 year plus team option as a low first round pick.
The Chargers are being complete and total pricks and I would like to see this blow up in their faces as much as anyone but Bosa not signing at this point, even if he's getting fricked (and that's a very relative term in this scenario) really only makes any sense if he feels that playing for the Chargers will lead to him being a bust and any other team will develop him.

There are better talents, sure. But ten? I doubt that. He's still a top ten talent next year. Plays a high-valued position, and would be in the running/possibly favorite to be the number 2 DE behind Garrett.
I get that he's from OSU, so the cool thing to do is say he's not that good or overrated, but he's a stud.
You think 15 teams picking in the latter half of the first round are going to pass up a guy at a premium position with more potential than anyone available? Pretty big stretch, especially since those teams are better and typically have the luxury of simply drafting for the best player on the board.
