Because the NBC game will be on. NFL Network is not allowed to show any live games during a national broadcast. The game will be joined in progress as soon as the Falcons/Dolphins game is completed

NBC has the rights to the prime time slot for tonight so NFL Network can't show any of the game til 10 central.
