To the point of this thread, what is the reason the traffic has been horrible all week? Is it really because of all the people in town to help out? I know there are more people right now, going back and forth to and from baton rouge, from surrounding areas to, to help out family, friends, etc. Buts its almost post-katrina traffic like.

You mean almost like there are thousands of homes flooded in the area and the people that live in them have migrated to temporary housing in the high areas of Baton Rouge?!
