By the time humanity is able to visit this planet with a probe or manned, we will have gained the technology to explore and inhabit our solar system with manned bases and robotic resource operations and vastly superior propulsion tech thereby increasing the available resources needed to eventually get to a nearby habitable zone planet.
I would wager within 100-200 years or so we are regularly sending out expeditions

I would wager not considering your lovely president has gutted NASA and ended the space programs.
Every year without further R&D is another year of advancement that's not gained.
Not to mention when we finally jump back in (God knows when) we'll have to rebuild it from the ground up.
