Question about Parking in Green Bay

Since school started 2 weeks ago, I am totally out of the loop so forgive me if this question has already been asked. Where is the best place to buy a parking pass for the game on Saturday? My 71 year old mother will be with me and I'm hoping to find something fairly close so she doesn't have to walk too far. TIA!

Available on Stub Hub, but you'll pay a good price.

I think most of the parking around Lambeau is paid/reserved...you can go to the Packers website to reserve it there. may be tough to get anything close at this point, but I would sure try. I also saw where one of the posters from Wisconsin posted that there are lots of folks in the local area that sell parking in their yards, etc. pretty cheaply.
There is also a restaurant near the stadium called Green Bay Distillery (I think) that is supposed to be pretty close and is selling parking passes. a number of posters here will be parking/tailgating there.

Yes I was told today that people will let you park in nearby yards for a price.

I checked the Lambeau Field website yesterday and it sent me to a secondary ticket source. I'm always a bit wary of those. Stubhub was ridiculously expensive! I will try the restaurant...that actually sounds pretty good. Thanks!

the chicago badger poster said not to purchase parking passes. he said you can pay people to park at their houses in the neighborhood by the stadium.

Thanks for the info. I'll just plan on getting there early to find a good spot. I hope...

Got parking from another poster's rec on ParkWhiz.com
They don't have anything right now, but may be worth checking next week to see. I am 0.4 away for $45

Where are you staying? I think a lot of the businesses in town will offer shuttle service. You may be able to park at a hotel and pay for a shuttle that will take you to the front door of the stadium.
I know that the RV lots and most hotels are offering shuttle service and some of the bars or restaurants may also.

I can't believe you are skimping on parking for your 71 yo mother!
Does she qualify for handicap parking. If not, can you borrow someone else's placard?

Parking
Parking spaces for people with disabilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The two specially designated parking areas are accessible from either Lombardi Avenue (Lot 3) or Valley View Road (Lot 7). A state-issued disabled placard or license plate is required to gain entrance and a parking fee of $40 is collected at the gate. All stadium parking lots open four hours prior to kick off. Spaces often fill to capacity, therefore an early arrival is recommended to secure a parking space.
Do not leave this to chance!

So, what about Uber? Is that an option in Green Bay?

I am scared of Uber around any big event...surge pricing will bite your arse.

I have a parking pass in the Cellular One lot which is at the Green Bay Packer practice facility. Not far from stadium. About 1 block. Email me at carlf123@aol.com if interested.

I am thinking it will be similar to jazz fest parking. Bring cash and pay about $50 to park in someone's yard. Lots of residential properties around there

We go to Green Bay once or twice a year for work and eat there every time. Great place with really good hamburgers. The rest of the town is shite for food and literally anything else, except for The Prime Quarter where you can get your own steak out of the freezer and cook it yourself. Fun place for big groups to eat.

That was me, and yes. Lots of private parking lots (bars and the like) and people parking cars in yards. I sent this to an LSU fan but posting here for reference.
Red line - How virtually everyone will be coming into town.
Red circle - Great place to start looking for parking. There are some big yards there that people park cars. If you continue north, you can find free street parking on streets like Liberty, Briquelet, Servais, Biemeret, etc. I grew up at Biemeret and Locust and on Packer game days, there's rarely cars parked in front of our house even though it's a 10 minute walk to the stadium.
Blue circle - Another area where people park cars on yards
Orange circle - That's Packer parking, but always the most fun place to hang out if you want to party right by the stadium.
Yellow circle - Where all the bars are, with additional parking (the RV parking is over there). Includes Brett Favre's steakhouse, Stadium View, Anduzzi's, The Bar, etc. Everyone funnels down Armed Forces Drive to the stadium so that area is jumping.
Can someone pin this post so I can stop typing it over and over?

There are plenty of places to park around the stadium. Like you've seen and read, homes near the stadium will sell spots in their yard pretty cheap. The Green Bay Distillery, The Bar, Stadium View, Anduzzi's, D2, Brett Favre Steakhouse, Burkel's are all sports bars around the stadium that have parking spaces.
Rule of thumb is if you get to the stadium area 3-4 hours prior, you will have no trouble finding a spot.
