Just FYI - my parents met with a FEMA representative today and they were told that you are not allowed to place FEMA trailer on property that was flooded. I'm not sure if this is how it was during Katrina, but it was certainly new information for my parents... my parents were planning on parking the trailer in their front yard while the house is being repaired.

It has wheels right?

Still nothing from FEMA. Got a call from the SBA folk and a letter from SBA. Fairly certain I'm not OT Baller enough that I make too much money for the grant. Got a prego wife so hoping this shite doesn't drag out past the little muice's arrival.

This has always been a rule, however, it was waived for Katrina because there were so few places to put trailers. Besides, I'm hearing there likely won't even be trailers this time around.
