Hard to distinguish noise from fact. Unverifiable at this point. But, this is out there.

It may not be true that Urban Meyer is considering Michigan, but it is not beyond belief either:
He has routinely flirted with Mich over the years, including putting outs in contracts for the Mich job.
It is rumored that he does not get along well with his current AD, Foley.
And Mich, contrary to all "evidence" has plenty of money.
Lloyd made ~$1.5 million, his staff ~ $1.3. Mich athletics runs a $7.0 million surplus. And the new stadium revenues have not kicked in yet either. So it would be very easy for B. Martin to throw another $2-2.5 million at the HC position and another $1-1.5 million at the staff pool.
Urban Meyer built very successful programs at BGSU and Utah. Not great recruiting draws. Now he has easy access to talent. But it is his style that is winning. Should he leave for anywhere else, he knows he can win. He has already proved to himself and others that his "philosophy" wins wherever he takes it. So, for him, it is not the program he is in, but what he brings to the program that makes it go. If he wants to come, he will, and he will be very successful.
