I've used dry graphite on lock sets for years and it was pretty good. Then tried WD-40 Dry Lube spray (silicone) and they're now like new. Clean em up with some type of spray solvent first, then spray with dry lube. Problem solved. Ditto on the ATF and acetone as a penetrant.

There's a lot of shite acetone doesn't need to be on that Kroil can handle.
