I don't get the Pam hate either. I thought she was the most real character on the show. We've all known a Pam where we've worked. Some of us have known someone a little like a Dwight, or Michael, or Creed, or Angela, but not many have worked with someone exactly like them.

I guess my biggest problem was the Pam when she was with Roy. She used Jim for that emotional support that Roy was clearly unable to provide, and she would've been happy with that arrangement indefinitely had Jim not forced her hand.
