They could've made a cast change spin off and I'd have kept watching.
Make Dwight regional manager, Jim and Pam leave, bring in some new talent and just start the show over.
I agree that most of the time it's bad moments were better than any recent network TV, with the exception of that British chick. Her entire character and story line was unwatchable garbage.

I'd have kept watching. Plop was good and the other young Dwight guy was really funny. It could have run a long time, with new faces and story lines..
Nellie is kind of irritating, but she had some good moments. The radio interview with Dwight is just awesome and the paper airplane contest back story was good. The Orlando stuff wasn't that bad. As a supporting character, she would have been ok (like Meredith level appearances)..
