maybe i'm being too naive here but... throughout this whole cops vs the people shite show my opinion has been, "why aren't people just doing what the fricking cops ask of them?" if you give them no reason to suspect you of being guilty, comply with what they ask of you, and follow directions, i find it very difficult to believe they will go around shooting citizens. if i'm wrong, someone please explain it to me.

because they are criminals trying to get away and resist arrest. All of them were committing a crime and resisting arrest.

The problem is the intelligence of the BLM protestors...maybe just maybe one time they will come to the defense of someone who is deserving of it instead of backing all these criminals that were resisting and fleeing arrest

That's the problem in most of these cases. The police are not just going up to people and picking fights with them then claim they are resisting arrest. I know the police, like everyone else, isn't perfect and there are mistakes that are made, but there is usually something that causes an interaction with the police in the first place.

If someone is stopped or confronted by the police, if they don't have an attitude with the police, show a little respect and just let them do whatever they need to do.. Even if the stop is questionable, it serves no purpose to argue with them, etc because that will only make the situation more and more tense.

But like I mentioned, most of the time, even if the police might not have used the right procedures, there is usually a reason why that person is engaging with the police in the first place.

That works out fine unless you are deaf, have a mental issue, or don't speak English, cops have killed un-armed people in each of these cases because the suspect did not comply with instructions an moved in a threating manner. I am not anti-cop, I just believe most have very poor training for the job they are doing.
