they cant. if they pick a legit one, everyone (blacks and whites) agree, and they have nothing to riot over. they have to riot when they feel slighted, and they will only get that by picking a justified shooting, latching onto it, and say they are slighted when white people say frick off, the dude deserved to be shot.
