Rafters never said Boca players weren't good. The owner said the GCPL was a 'step down'. Some banter pursued and Rafters became defensive.

I know you work for GCPL but Cole was correct wasn't he? GCPL is a lower division soccer league than NPSL according to USSF. That doesn't mean a team playing in GCPL couldn't play and be successful in the NPSL.
