Isn't health related anxiety just fear of dying?

Kinda, except that you convince yourself you actually are dying.

How do you come to terms with that?

Trying to figure that out.

No. Everybody fears death to an extent. The anxiety is when you are convinced you know why you are gonna die. Fixate on some symptom.

I always feel better after exercise, BUT if you are in the middle of a full blown panic, a public place exerting yourself ain't the place to be. But if you just feel a bit down or slightly "anxious about being anxious" a workout always helps me.

You got to decide when to see a doctor. The correct answer is easy. When your life is appreciably shitty, that's when. You will wind up depressed. If you aren't there already. Depressed about being anxious is no way to live.

Xanax. If it doesn't go away on its own and you are left with 2-3 Xanax that you don't need, then don't worry about it. Get on with life. If you run out of medicine and still feel on the edge of shitty, see your doctor again. You need an SSRI and a lesser benzo. Like Valium or Klonipin. They are all addictive, but Xanax is the worst. Always see people who take it long term end up on "bars". I can't wrap my head around how stoned 2mg of Xanax must be.

Also, YouTube the breathing exercises. You will find a lot of click bait bullshite that are just selling you a book or a technique? frick that stuff. For now just find some easy videos.
