Coach Miles did not leave Co. St. to come to LSU, it was Oklahoma State. The OSU Fans are still up set on how Coach Miles left. They are telling me that all the way up untill the time Coach Miles left OSU that he was telling them that he was staying at OSU and he was not talking to LSU anymore. LSU asked for permission to talk to Miles, OSU refused and Miles got pissed. Miles through his agent contacted LSU and they started discussions. OSU got pissed at Miles, T Boone Pickens didnt like Miles (but loved Gundy) anyway and said let him go. Miles left for LSU and paid OSU his $1mm contract buyout.

the end
