I am sure she will be telling everyone she has a thyroid issue. I always hear that when people let themselves go.

I know plenty of fat people. I never hear they have a thyroid issue from anywhere other than the OT.

The size of her neck is an indication of thyroid disease. (Hashimoto's disease) She will probably have three chins by the time she's 50.
