Who was the toughest character on The Sopranos?

Who do you think was the overall toughest, cold hearted wiseguy throughout the series? My vote goes to Feech....That was a mean little fricker.
Tony could be tough and ruthless most of the time, but he could get too emotional with his family and animals. Same with Paulie Walnuts, except he was too worked up over his Mother/Aunt situation.
Honorable mention would be Richie Aprile.

My vote is for Furio being toughest but not cold hearted.

Bobby Baccalieri, Sr. and it isn't even close. Tough son of a bitch did a hit then dropped dead from cancer.

Yes, I forgot about him. I'll throw in Uncle Junior as well, even though he became old and crazy.

Correct,if you needed to collect money or carry out a hit he would be the first I called.
I heard he got canned from the show because he was giving out plot lines to his friends.

Christopher Moltisanti: Russians? They're not all bad.
Paulie 'Walnuts' Gualtieri: How 'bout the Cuban Missile Crisis? Cocksuckers flew four nuclear missiles into Cuba, pointed them right at us.
Christopher Moltisanti: That was real? I saw that movie, I thought it was bullshite

And the closest thing they had to a "professional" hitter on the crew.

The Russian was one bad arse motherfricker. I forgot to consider him.
Paulie 'Walnuts' Gualtieri: You're not gonna believe this. He killed sixteen Czechoslovakians. Guy was an interior decorator.
Christopher Moltisanti: His house looked like shite.

I loved the episode where Furio went into the massage parlor to collect and ended up punching out the little Asian woman.
Another favorite was the episode when Arnie made the bad investment with/got conned by the French guy. Tony buys out Arnie's business interest at a discount. The closing scene is the Frenchman answering his door to Furio standing there. I so wanted to see that guy get his arse kicked.
