sometimes St. Amant uses the same exact gator as florida
glen oaks for the georgia "G"
STM of Lafayette uses Penn state logo
catholic high pretty much the same as the cinci reds
and im pretty sure lately they have used the Cincinnati bearcat logo

My high school received a letter back in the late 90s for using Clemson's Tiger Paw. They tried to negotiate a price to continue using it but no dice.

Florida came after St. Amant a few years ago. We have a Gator logo now.

Westgate uses the Wisconsin "W" as well as Lafayette High using the Detroit Lions logo. There are a lot of high schools that uses official college/professional logos and make a profit off of it. This is just one of underlying things that happens and we usually don't think twice about

Actually you piece of shite son of a bitch, I am not a husker fan. That's the team I play with in a TD NCAA Dynasty. So you can take that attack somewhere else. I just posted something interesting about a local school.
So go back to fricking Beevo in the arse with your tiny dick and enjoy your uterus looking logo.
Good day.

I think that kid played small forward for Jersey Village when we played them in high school

There are so many high schools using college logos that they can't catch them all. If a school is notified that a HS is using their logo, they more than likely would take action to protect their copyright. With the NFL, my understanding is that they're actually OK with HS teams using their logos which is why you never hear of the NFL going after them.
The "G" logo is a bit of a unique situation since you have Georgia, Grambling and Green Bay using virtually the same logo.

Redemptorist stole Michigan's helmet so bad Michigan shut the school down.

I will never understand people here who misrepresent what team/program they support with their TD preference/logo.
Makes no sense to me.
I will rep 901 to the day I die, and I couldn't give a shite about NCAA dynasties.

Our school used the exact same State hat and logo, no lawsuit.
It was cool, we could be out of Michigan and we didn't play there
and people would be like, you guys go to State...and we could be in Colorado or Montana on trips...but everyone knew the State logo.. and assumed we were in college.
Our high school ball cap was the same as State.
That Michigan state S has more cache than people think. It's not like the Georgia logo that confuses people or doesn't reasonable...as they showed on that 20/20 show how nobody in the north west Midwest knew what it stood for.
But I tell you...people damn sure knew Michigan State on trips to Cali, Colorado, Texas, Arizona for football.
Thinking we were State and not remotely connected. We lived a million miles away.

Trademarks, copyrights, and patents are out of control. John Deere is seeking to legally prevent farmers from doing maintenance on their own tractors, or using anyone other than a John Deere certified mechanic.

Winnfield uses the Wisconsin W too, but the Winnfield W has a white border around it so it's not exactly identical. That's apparently enough for legal protection.
