Thanks for the input. I know that we want a full size SUV that we can use for towing a camper/boat in the future. The wife likes the GM ones but I'm open to any. I'm a Toyota guy (we both have 4runners right now: a 2002 and 2004). I wouldn't mind a Sequoia or even a Nissan Armada.

I used to tow a boat with the Tahoe. Worked well enough (smaller boat). I really like the look of the vehicle and it's not the worst thing in the world. Everything has been minor for sure. But all the minor shite added together makes me question why they price them so high. I will say I've never had a lick of trouble with the drive train. It's all small cosmetic stuff.
When I bought this one, I looked at used and tried to spend about 10k to get me over for few years. Even looking at old body styles (2006 and older) with higher mileage (80-100k), everything was like 15k. Since then the new price has gone up significantly, and this body style isn't quite an "old looking" style yet. I could see them asking in the 20's for a 5 year old vehicle. I just don't think it's worth it.
