From my time in Houston, Oriental newcomers.

Buy used cars that are Texas sized, now driven by humans a foot or more shorter.

They don't drive, exactly, they just sort of aim.

Can you tell if they are even watching traffic? No, their heads are barely visible above their steering wheels. Sometimes the heads are bald, sometimes gray haired.

The younger Orientals are not without sin.

Watch five young Vietnamese go in to get one of them a driver's license. Since there is no Vietnamese version and no translators available, the 'friends' help. If you watched them closely, they debated answers among themselves.
