Saban wasn't touring a new development in B'ham this week. He was in BR. And the paper says the development passed the zoning commission. Now why would they be so interested in investing in BR?

If we were given reason to hate Miles more than Saban, would Saban then be welcomed back?

Because living here for 5 years gave him a knowledge of the area and a feel for it's growth
potential. I'm sure the developers like having a "name" investor, and Lord knows, Nick is a pretty savvy businessman and has the capital to invest.

Real Estate investment potential? Maybe he thinks there will be a rush to BR to fill the bandwagon once Miles wins the NC and Brady takes the BB team to the final four again.
