That's a lot of weight either way. BAck in high school in the 70's we use to have to do 3 lifts (primarily) for football: 3x5 of power cleans, squats, and bench press. To this day I still do power cleans in my workouts. Rarely see anyone else in the gym doing power cleans or cleans of any sort these days
