I HATE when I'm on my phone and people come up to me and start asking me for things or talking to me. I'm clearly busy at the moment and it's rude to interrupt.
ETA: Work calls...not like I'm just chit chatting on my cell phone with friends.

this bugs me too. If I'm on the phone and I can tell somebody is trying to get my attention, I just make sure not to make eye contact and ignore until I'm off the phone.
