I never understood why you would want your coaches in a fricking box to begin with. Really dumb.

Not really Dumb. From the box you get a birds eye view of the field and its easier to see what the opposing defense is doing as a whole. When your on the sideline, the coaches are really depending on their players to come back to the sideline and report what they are seeing from the opposition. There are pros and cons to both being in the box and being on the sideline. its a matter of what each coach prefers really.

This tells me you have never watched a game anywhere lower than the nosebleeds. It's cool to be closer but you have no idea wtf is going on.
