Mounting kayak rack to concrete wall

I have a kayak cart I made that holds both my pescador and ascend but I'm thinking of mounting them on the wall. Decently high up so I can build a work bench underneath them and they are out of the way.
I figured I could just tapcon a 2x4 into the wall and then build off of it. Does anyone have experience with doing something like that? I guess I'm more worried about weight than anything.

Would something like this work?
I have these for our bicycles and they work great for that:

Triangulate it so the weight goes back into the wall at the bottom and mount some bungee cords on the supports

Drill through bottom of kayak, and mount with concrete anchors.

Tapcons would work but I would opt for some expansion anchors just so there aren't any issues of the anchors backing out.

kayaks arnt exactly THAT heavy. just drill into the stud and it will hold.

I like to install Tapcon screws with some wood glue squirted into the hole. They stay forever and you can still remove the screw is needed.

I installed this a few weekends ago. Hasn't fallen on my truck yet.

You could just glue the boards to the walls with liquid nails
