It is when you're not complying with the orders of the police. That statement is exactly what is wrong with all of this and it's plain foolish and stupid.

If ANYONE thinks that "standing your ground" with the police is ok then you get exactly what you deserve and what they do to you.

There's a time and place to stand your ground against LEOs. An example of this would be in a court room in front of a judge and jury.
