Tahoe + Napa + San Fran doable?

Mrs Chief and I have some time off in December, and I want to go skiing, she wants to go to Napa. Just fooling around on Google Maps, it seems like it'd be possible to do 2-3 days in Tahoe, Napa, and San Francisco, driving in-between. Is this a reasonable trip? Anybody done anything similar? Is it even possible for a southerner to drive all these places in December? Thanks in advance

Napa is only about 45 min from San francisco, Tahoe is about 3.5 hrs from San francisco. Are you doing 2-3 days in each place, or total. If it's 2-3 days total, you will have way too much to do in that time. In December the snow in Tahoe might not be that bad.

Very, very mountainous drive through the Sierras between Tahoe and SF. I might not take it in December if there is even a possibility of ice or snow.

Not enough time for all.

Just skip Napa. Tahoe was the best decision on my San Francisco trip.
Our favorite part of San Francisco was the nature side. The city park Muir Woods, Muir beach , and hiking lands end.

Yes I have done this. We went to Napa and S.F. Then we drove to Tahoe for a couple of days. On the last day we drove from Tahoe to the S.F. airport. We did this in the summer but as long as the roads to Tahoe are not covered in snow it will be fine.
