They are going to assemble the cops it seems and get in riot gear to get that under control.

No description of shooter.

me: I am guessing green vest is body armor. They just mentioned that.

Getting a vantage point up on Lamar and Main 14 floors above.

me: I think this is an active shooter, might not be part of the protest.

I think I heard a shot on the radio.

Officer confirmed officer is hit.

me: Man they are remaining calm while this is going down.

They're looking for a man in a window picking off the officers.

Maybe 3 hostiles on the third floor. Maybe friendly.

Still trying to find out where the shooter is. Looking at open windows.

May have the suspect in the Dallas County Community College.

me: They may have been chasing multiple people.

Some officers are out and not looking the right way or covered.

SWAT moving in to second floor of college building.

SWAT is going to a different channel.

Trying to turn off siren in the building so they can communicate with each other.

Some stern voices from the cops due to communication issues.

Rifleman is shooting at police, they are taking fire...this may have been after they talked to him.

Don't know if SWAT there yet.

Suspect is reloading rifle.

Cops have a line of sight of the shooter while the shooter is engaged with another group.

Cops trying to find the shooter(s) they spotted earlier. Need to rewind tapes. Say that he's a black man.

me: this just got really bad. how did this get to this?

No mention of more injured officers.

911 call saying suspect fled through an alley way.

Female shot in front of Omni (that's about 5 blocks from the college). Maybe where suspect fled to.

Me: hope they get the guy(s) that are on the run

6 officers at shooter's location still in the college building.

Found female that was shot? at Omni.

Omni is cleared. Cops there about to redeploy.
