At that age what you see in your community and in the media easily influences you. Young folk don't form their own opinions and don't understand the impacts of what they put out there. This doesn't influence my opinion of Leonard at all.

I mean I dont hate him for it, but it def has a slight negative knock on my opinion of him. Same with LeBron and his Trayvon shite

He's 21, not 16. He is going into his Junior year of college. That's exactly the age when you start forming your own opinions and not letting the outside voices dictate your worldview.


For those who don't agree with his message, that's fine as long as you don't hate him for it. He's a black kid from the inner city though, what stance did you think he would take on this issue?
