Redemption was probably the wrong word, but I think they may play on the idea of her turning more and more either emotionless, or maybe even gaining a bloodlust of sorts. And Gendry (or maybe even the Hound) may try to convince her to put down her list, and go back to Winterfell and her family.
Now I don't think she'll listen, or at least won't listen until something dramatic happens as a result of she revenge. But I could see them going down the route of her struggle to fully turn back into Arya Stark.

I think she definitely hooks up with Gendry (especially given their interactions in the books) but I don't know where it will go. I don't think she'll ever be killed off, though.
