There are very few teams that could actually make a trade happen, because it would be GM suicide to trade anything of long term value for Westbrook.
You're way off. If he is willing to consider your team, then you are at a huge advantage in the recruiting process having a full year to sell him on your vision and having his bird rights.

Enough to give up a ton of picks and young assets on good contracts? I don't think so. Only Boston appears to be a team that can offer this without fricking their team.
