yea at the games they have to go in order. The fastest guy did it in 38min. there was a 55 min time cap, i think a few didnt even finish. id have to look.

i understand some people think they are good at pullups and pushups, but it is a different monster when you have to do it all in order. the squats, which are easiest on paper, become the hardest part imo.

O no doubt. As said, I can just nudge under 40 mins on a good day. This was doing it broken up (5-10-15) and the pullups, pushups, and squats were done inside with the running obviously being outdoors. This was also done in Chicago where it's never overly hot.

Doing the entire thing outdoors and also ending it with 300 squats before the last run? That would absolutely change things, and yes the squats would become by far the hardest thing (and that's before we talk about following all those squats with the mile run).
