200 pushups? What does that take, 2 minutes? 100 pullups? 5 sets of 20 or 10 sets of 10? Maybe 45 seconds between each set? 300 bodyweight squats? lol One mile run bookends? Not exactly tough.

I watched the film on Netflix last night about the games last year. The head guy noted that Murph isn't that bad of a workout...in the gym...but when you throw it in the middle of the games, against the best in the world, it's different. People were being dragged into deep water with the elite of the elite. They went way too fast, and thus almost died. A lot of the top people didn't complain, they just said it was abnormally hot that day.

Yeah, and I conceded that. Definitely makes it tougher. When I made that statement, I didn't realize it was between heats and stuff. I assumed it was Day 1 or something.

This is the biggest thing with an event like Murph. When I do it, I have to take my time (to an extent) with the Cindy portion. I do a round (5 pullups 10 pushups 15 squats) every minute on the minute for the first 10 minutes. Each round usually takes me 40 seconds so I have 20 seconds after to rest and catch my breath before the next round. Then once I hit ten rounds (10 minutes into the Cindy portion), I go unbroken, one round after the other.

I'm sure if I was in the Games, though, I'd go unbroken from the start and die.
