The little "Aw..." Gram Parsons sings, almost as a tossed-off aside, at 2:28 of the alternate (fast) version of "Sing Me Back Home" by the Flying Burrito Brothers
Leon Russell's tinkling piano near the end of The Burritos' "Wild Horses"
The guitars at the end of The Rolling Stones - "It's all over Now"
Jimi Hendrix working a bit of Sinatra's "Strangers in the Night" into "Wild Thing" at Monterrey
The horn fanfare at the end of "You Set The Scene" by Love

The guitar lead-ins after each line of verse, in the Stones' "Satisfaction". Truly among the most exciting rock and roll music ever.

Hard to pick from this record, but Garth Hudson's Lowrey in the chorus of King Harvest is some of his coolest stuff.

Just the way a Stone's concert starts. Keith walks to the front of stage, looks back at Charlie and the show is on.

I have an endless list of these but a few off the top of my head:
1. The vibraslap at the very beginning of the studio version of “Flying Turkey Trot” by REO Speedwagon
2. All the bass and drum breaks in “Brother To Brother” by Gino Vannelli
3. That low, farty bass part in “Shake Your Rump” by The Beastie Boys
4. The part in “Stealing Peoples Mail” by Dead Kennedys where it kicks in with “And we got license plates, wedding gifts, tax returns…”
5. At the end of “A Certain Girl” by Warren Zevon where he starts repeating “I can’t tell ya!” over and over and gets more and more demented sounding as he goes.
6. The Japanese language part in the live version of “Godzilla” by Blue Oyster Cult.
7. In “Dope Smokin’ Moron” by the Replacements: “Hey Merle, ya got any ludes on ya?”
8. In “The Going Gets Tough” by Ween: “You know that happens, Gene” “Don’t I know…”
9. In “Jerry Was A Racer Driver” by Primus: “Daaawg will hunt!”
10. The piano breakdown in “More, More, More” by Andrea True Connection

Excellent call on the Gino Vanelli ^^^. I'll add to that, the sound of Mark Craney's hi hat.

Sloopy wears a red dress, yeah, as old as the hills
But when Sloopy wears that red dress, yeah, you know, it gives me the chills

Jagger´s monkey sounds at the beginning of Sympathy for the Devil
Tidbits? I´ve been tired, the whole damned song is amazing. Many will think it´s only ´losing my penis to a whore with disease´, but the whole thing is chock full of amazing ditties.
Pixies again, start of Subbacultcha, ´I was looking kind of hot in black, she was looking like an erotic vulture´
Westerberg´s lyrics in ´I Can´t Hardly Wait´
Bowie´s Hang on to Yourself, ´we move like tigers on vaseline´
