Mexican Restaurants near Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

I'm visiting Houston for Global Entry (Terminal E). I'll be headed home after lunch. Any restaurant recommendations for this area of Houston?

There is a Pappasito's in the airport. I don't know if there is a quality falloff by it being there, but I love the place.

I agree that Pappasitos will be your easiest option.
If you leave the airport Chimichurri's is pretty close and is very good South American food. It's in Humble.
