Thats on the qb more so than the head coach. The head coach cant snap the ball before the play clock runs out.

This happens to every coach on every level. The difference is you care more about lsu football so the time mismanagement sticks in your memory and it just seems like Miles has more than most head coaches. A Saban or Meyer clock mismanagement isnt gonna stick in your mind as long as a lsu frick up. For example if Auburn has a clock mismanagement in 2009 you probably wouldn't remember it because you arent as passionate about Auburn football as you are about lsu football.
