Macy's probably tops the list.

overpriced; underquality junk doesn't have lasting power.

Also I believe as consumers we're getting smarter and not overly excited about being walking billboards and paying luxury prices for the pleasure of promoting some brand that others judge us for.

I say that as being a former misguided brand whore that really believed paying more meant getting more and better quality.

besides everyone has their own clothing label these days anyways and are promoting their own brands.

You need to hit up the RL oulets. Best deals by far, if you sign up to their email ads you'll always get 25-50% off your entire purchase.

It's the cheap $10 version. One of my friends was wearing this for a little while. He got made fun of. Got called Sea Biscuit. He doesn't wear those anymore.

The people that would hang out around the quad at LSU would wear it.

If I were a black dude who wanted to look like a Persian dude who hangs out at the mall, I would definitely wear that.

I mean, you do get what you pay for. I think actual Under Armour polos are insanely more comfortable than say a Target golf polo, especially when it's hot and you're playing golf in them. But you'd have to be an idiot not to shop for deals.

I've got a RL Polo shirt I bought at Macy's the year I got married that I still wear. It's still in great shape. Not many shirts will last you 10 years. That being said, the last two I got from the outlet at Tanger. Caught a sale at $28 each. That's damn cheap.

Hell, I joke that my closet is outfitted with the Academy clearance rack, and it's not that big of a stretch. I love UA polos, but no way am I paying full price for one.

Oh yea, I'm not buying unless I'm catching a deal.

There's a few items I swear by and I'll pay whatever. Water repellent clothing by the North Face is the best on the market and I've got too many hundo sunk into North Face Gear.

I've got some UA snow gear that I'm ashamed to admit how much those pieces cost but I'm glad I have them when out in the cold with a whipping wind.

If you wear a small or medium you could rack up at Tanger RL Store.

But a large or XL? You apparently have to help them unload the truck to get one in those sizes.

I might be able to find one when I or the SO goes that I look the way it looks and is size L or XL.
