I'm gonna tell you a way that works but it hurts quite a bit.

If you aren't a vagina, it will clear it up in no time.

Take a wash cloth and get it soapy. Scrub the location so it all opens up.

Then rub mineral spirits on it. It dry up within a day.

Just to warn you, the mineral spirits is quite uncomfortable but it will work really really fast
