Can there not be a containment area for the body of water where this kid was? It's not that difficult to have an area designated for safe water activities

I'm pretty sure it's natural. Because of sinkholes, Florida probably has more lakes than Minnesota.
And Disney actual does do a lot of animal control to try to prevent this. But it ed a perfect storm being a little kid wading at dusk. Something a family from Nebraska would be clueless about. It's just a horrible tragedy, that while preventable, was probably bound to happen at some point.
